1. RETURNS
Used books cannot be returned except for wrong or damaged deliveries.
New books can be returned within 7 days in unused condition.

2. REFUNDS
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
No refunds are provided for digital e-book subscriptions.

3. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting support.
Subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term for a refund.

4. DAMAGED ITEMS
Report wrong or damaged books within 48 hours of receipt at info@e-bookz.in
